My husband of three years just walked out on me what do i do ?

My husband walked out of my house and to a homeless center . I am 20 and he is 22 like i said before we've been married for three years and it has been a struggle for us . We've had to move a 1000 miles away from my family and our friends just to have a place to stay and have a fighting chance at finding good jobs and schooling . Unfortunately both of our mothers are clinically crazy and think they have to have there nose in our business . Anyways back to the story we currently moved back to our home area to live with my mother to finish up some schooling and save to get out . We are 4 months away from finally being able to move out and he decided to leave me tonight . He left once before for only 2 hour came back we made up but i told him if he ever put me threw that again that I was done . ... The thin i wanna know is do i devorice him or what the bad things he's done and still dose is he yells at my four year old brother like hes an adult he's kicked our pet cat and has been starting fights with me even though i have been working 10 days in a row with no days off and also having to pull doubles . And he is just being lazy about our who situation i feel like i have put 110% into our marriage and hes put about 10 % , But the good things are when its good its really good and i love him with all my heart . I mean he's my everything and I've put so much time and effort into this i can't just see throwing it away . but I'm also tired of saying this is you last chance . So when do i call it quits and whats the process of doing so.
The reason why i said my mom is buting in is because when he was walking out the door she said choose him or her and my bros . Oh and as bad as this sound im sorry but my cat is not worth loosing my hubby over i made that a point about him kicking her because i dunno if thats a sign he might start hitting me .

Do you agree or disagree ( illegal ) Baltazar never intended to steal the car had job worked for cash?

A Westmoreland County jury Thursday convicted an illegal Mexican immigrant for the attempted carjacking of a Monroeville woman and her 10-year-old daughter from a Murrsyville parking lot.

The jury deliberated for more than four hours before convicting Noe Tovar Baltazar of one felony count of attempted robbery of a motor vehicle. Baltazar, 24, was accused of getting in the passenger's seat of a car driven by Rachel Riedel on March 18 in the parking lot of the Village of Murrysville shopping plaza.

Riedel's daughter fought back, kicking, screaming and elbowing Baltazar in the stomach to get him out of the vehicle. Police found Baltazar minutes later, hiding behind a trash bin.

The defense argued that the prosecution could not prove that Baltazar intended to steal the car.

But Assistant District Attorney Mike Pacek told the jury that Baltazar had no other reason for jumping into the passenger's seat and grabbing for the keys or steering wheel.

"Nobody knows his intention, but you can only judge his actions. He was waiting for that car to start. Getting in on the passenger's side is classic action. He could have held that little girl hostage," Pacek said.

Riedel testified that she jumped from the car to scream for help. She told jurors she feared that Baltazar would force her to drive away and would harm her daughter.

The defense argued that Baltazar was drunk and stumbled into the car without knowing what he was doing. Baltazar testified through a translator that he did not remember the incident because he was intoxicated after drinking as much as a case of beer earlier that day.

"Rachel Riedel was afraid, and her fear caused her to just see something that wasn't there," Public Defender Donna McClelland told jurors. "This man was essentially beaten up by a 10-year-old girl. If he wanted to steal the car, would he have been deterred by a 10-year-old girl?"

"There is a bias and a prejudice against Mexicans, maybe some biases, fears and stereotypes of Mr. Baltazar," McClelland told jurors in her closing.

McClelland was asked whether she thought Baltazar's nationality was a factor in his conviction. "I certainly hope not," McClelland said.

Pacek said the prosecution was not predicated on Baltazar's ethnicity. "We would have prosecuted any defendant just as vigorously," he said.

Baltazar faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison when he is sentenced in three months by Judge Al Bell. Pacek said he would seek a sentence of three to six years of imprisonment, the same sentence offered in a plea bargain deal rejected before the trial.

Baltazar has two prior convictions for drunken driving while living in Georgia in 2006, according to Pacek.

Baltazar, who has been in jail since his arrest, will be held in lieu of a $50,000 bond, pending his sentencing.

Since his arrest, a federal detainer has been placed against him over his immigration status.

Baltazar testified that he came to the United States eight years ago, with prior stops in Florida, Georgia and Kentucky. He arrived in Westmoreland County last year to work as a dishwasher for a Delmont-area Chinese restaurant. Baltazar told jurors he was among several illegal immigrants who worked for cash at the restaurant and lived rent-free in the home of the business owner.

Is Sovereignty Something that Can be Removed?

If a nation falls into barbarism, and starts stoning women, could its "sovereignty" be removed?

Would that be an ethical obligation of neighboring civilized nations?

How about if in Belgium, right in the heart of Old Europe, they started burning witches at the stake?

Would France have any moral obligation to remove Belgium's sovereignty and to govern that area according to principles of civilized existence?

I'm not talking about things that happen in darkest Africa here -- Hootsies and Tootsies chopping each other up with pangas.

I's talking about right in the middle of Old Europe -- Belgium -- burning witches, and then maybe some boiling people up in pots and eating them like cannibals -- would it be necessary for all humanity to stand back so that Belgium could continue to enjoy its sovereignty, or would it be a premptory moral imperative for all nearby civilized nations to remove Belgium's sovereignty, and emplace some sort of temporary government until a civilized form of government could emerge from the Belgian people.

What about Iran? A nation that has obviously descended into barbarism, based upon a book it read, which is a barbaric book, written by a barbaric man. Poor dears ... what can be said ... stuff happens ... so does this give rise to any moral requirements on say Turkey, or Russia, or Georgia, or Turkmenistan?

The alternative, of course, would be simply to accept a barbaric world. If Canada starting burning witches and boiling people in pots, and the USA was totally inert, apart from talking, then it would be fair to say that North America was a barbaric zone.

If everybody respects everybody else's sovereignty at all times no matter what they do, then ultimately there would be larger and larger barbaric zones, until they would merge into a barbaric world.

The human race would have descended back into barbarism because it didn't want to interfere with anybody's "rights".

Am I the only one that sees any irony in this situation?

We are so morally scrupulous about infringing on Iran's sacred sovereigty (obtained by murder, and maintained by torture, and administered by lunatics) that we are ready for the world to descend into barbarism -- so that we can remain "ethical" and "good" and "lawful" and "moral" by not taking any action that crosses any lines, or borders.

It's a Catch 22 this goodness business. It's enough to make a philosopher become a sophos-phobe.

No, I'm not confused about sovereignty versus treaties. A nation's sovereignty can be limited by treaties, like WTO, for example. But that's only for a limited time, and defined set of purposes. Nations don't treaty away their entire sovereignty, unless an unconditional surrender, such as that signed by the Japanese on the USS Missouri, can be regarded as a treaty.

The removal of sovereignty always takes place by force or the credible threat of the immediate use of force. When Alexander marched into Afghanistan for example he was able to remove the local sovereignty and vest it in himself because the local warlords were totally convinced that Alexander would kill all of them in a day or two if they did not give over governance of the region. It was a relatively bloodless devolution of sovereignty. We also have palace coups as examples of sovereignty devolutions entailing a minimum of force -- Hitler's ascent to the Chancellory, pushing aside Bismarck, very gently, was such a coup.

Is a service warranty good if the company goes bankrupt?

I bought carpet a year ago with a 2 year warranty from the installer on the installation and of course the warranty on the carpet from the manufacturer. The company has now gone out of business and they have the paperwork on the carpet installation. The carpet had a warranty against stains for the life of the carpet but is now showing signs of wear in the high traffic areas and some staining in those areas as well. I cannot contact the carpet manufacturer because I no longer have the paper work. what do i do??

My rabbit won't litter train..?

I have a 6 year old mini lop names Precious. I've had her since she was born, but she's always been an outside pet. I feel terrible because I've kind of neglected her, treating her more like a chore, but I really do love her to death. Recently, me and my boyfriend decided that we wanted to move her inside. So right now we have her in one of those play pen gates, with now roof or floor. I put just a shoe box in there with news paper and some pellets to see if she'd use it as a litter box, but she goes all over the place, not in one designated area.. I've heard that rabbits are clean animals and will normally adjust to going potty in one spot on their own, but she just goes where ever she wants I guess... Am I missing something? Is it just because she's not spayed? How much is it to get a rabbit spayed, and are there any vets with rabbit experience in Northern Utah? I know of two in Salt Lake, but it would be easier on me if I could find somewhere a bit more north.. (I live in West Haven, about a half hour west of Ogden)

I would prefer to spay her, but I'm not really financially stable and I probably couldn't afford it, I'd have to save up to do it so I don't spend all of my check at one time, so till then what would be some good ideas for flooring? I plan on making a condo out of those Neat Idea Cubes, and I'd like something that was easy to clean but looked nice for the floors. Right now we have towels with newspapers on top, but she insists on tearing up the newspaper and stuffing them in her box. She's very destructive, but I don't blame her. She hasn't really had entertainment most of her life, but she's making my job a lot harder ha ha

Anyways, I've sort of trained a rabbit before.. My first rabbit, Potter, was half Flemish giant half new Zealand. He was also an outside rabbit, but I brought him inside 2-3 times a week to play. I know you should let them have 4 hours a day, but hey, I was a kid and I didn't really know. But I know that he was a very happy rabbit. When I noticed he was about to go in the house, I'd say "no", lightly tap him on the nose and imminently take him outside to his hutch. He caught on pretty quickly, and never went in the house again. When he needed to go, he'd sit by the backdoor and thump until I noticed him. I'd take him out, let him do his business, and bring him back in. He really hated it when I was mad at him, because I was HIS human. So is that how I have to train her? With a little discipline?

Any feedback and tips would be very appreciated :) Also, if you know of any neat ideas to make toys. Like I said, she's very destructive and even tried to tear apart a crack in my door! One idea I had was make a hemp hang with big wood beads to chew and some little sleigh bells. Or, an online boutique or something that makes rabbit toys and sells them for a reasonable price. I know about The Bunny Bunch boutique, and I'd love to find more places that have a wide selection of fun things and they're cheap! So if you know of any please let me know :) Sorry about the long ass "question"!

To the one intelligent answer, thank you. I thought a spay would be a lot more then that. I'll probably just get nice flooring so she can go where ever (in her cage) cause you're right, she's been outside her whole life and probably thinks it's okay. It's my fault, so I'm not going to punish her.

Oh, and the tap on the nose, I never used any force, just a light tap so I know I wasn't hurting him and I didn't even have to do it that often cause he was a fast learner.
lperry11 the only thing is, is she goes all over :/ in her hutch outside, I noticed she mostly went on one half of the cage, but inside, so goes where ever she happens to be when she needs to go.. I know it'll take time and I probably do need to get her spayed, so for now I'm just going to get good water proof flooring in case I can never train her..

what do you do if your in a situation like this. say a officer somewhere actuality hates you for whatever stupid reason he develop over a short time balled sever dislike for you. everything is going well the week is quiet and coarser. So you and your significant other decide one night to out to dinner at a restaurant for dinner. so yous are done dining and pay your bill as usual then start to leave when you start going down the road around 50mph speed limit no cars in site but you that's behind you and in front of you. its just you and the open road. suddenly you happen to notice a big black pickup truck speeding toward you at a high rate of speed behind you. You also know its not slowing down in the lightest bit its coming rather quickly around 65 to 70mph you now see at the same moment its heading toward the back end of your vehicle not slowing fast.so its seems what appears to be seconds before a massive bag collision. It now attempts to bash you in the rears Quick thinking you spear off in the other on coming lane as a panic to avoid the massive impact. The black truck just miss your 6 and bearing hitting your 5:30 because you moved quickly. so this caused the truck to spear just his front tires to touch the gravel curve a bit for a fraction of a second. then backs off but not far gets back in his lane and resumes Traffic no one else is Still around but you and that black mysterious truck. by now occurs you back in your lane because you only quickly skirt in the other lane partially to get out of his way. so your driving down the road still its only 8 to 1 seconds this happened. suddenly it speeds up some more and recklessly drives past you very very fast cuts in front of you. Barley clicking your front fender 11 o clock area of your vehicle. then races off a mile down the road to the corner light so you eventually get to the corner and look for on coming traffic when notice caty corner that black truck parked partially in front of a gas pump but the driver is not at the pump he it just standing there all by himself leaning up against his front grill with his legs and hands crossed steering right at you in a waiting stance no one else around anywhere. so you turn the corner not knowing who he actually is because he is a stranger or to far from you its a big intersection. so you turn on the road intersection and as your driving by with your window partially down yell out what is your flucken problem then just Keep going. about your business as before. other cars are behind you when you notice a few minutes later a black truck is fighting its way throw several cars behind you passing them to get toward you. then eventually it speed across your side then cuts in front of you barley clipping the on coming car because you slowed down slightly to give it space to get in front of you between the car in front of you so this black truck don't have a major collision. anyways he gets in front of you and resumes traffic normally. So you pull off to the side curve side because you don't want to be driving behind him because you get the idea he might try to slam his break to get you to hit him. To avoid him from having this opportunity you pull off to the side. he quickly pulls off also in front of you. and sits for a second then you go around him back in the regular lane. as you get in your normal lane because the car behind you allowed you the clearance being he seen this truck spear off quickly in a reckless manner so you pass him get on the curve side but is slowly moving in reverse but you ignore it pass him anyways he put it in drive a slit second and passes you while your in your lane and he is on the curve you look over to your right and see his face its the officer that's been nit picking you for a while that hates you in the driver seat alone your like oh dam then it hits his break on the curve still and eventually makes a U turn and drive back the direction it came from. Now you feel you cant report it because officers all stick together and take up for each other especially if hes is out doing that conduct he probably will have other officers lie for him say he was somewhere else at the time then as a revenge tactic try to get you for false a report but its not false but all this is going through your mind. what do you do.or what would you do? Experts... what do you make of this job offer?

I currently have a internship based out of a AM Oldies radio station

I recently received a letter from another radio entrepreneur who wanted me to talk with him.

Apparently, he is 90% though building a FM "Real Country" Radio station. He is looking for a technician and possible on air talent after this new station appears in late September.

I also had the opportunity to tour his microwave facility and Studio. To my surprise, this is all 100% legit. All CRTC filed, transmitter up and ready, and studios ready to go. This next month is just to put the finishing touches on the web page, and get all on air talent prepared.

Anyway, I was offered a job (he has been looking at all broadcasters in the city who have a wide understanding of the actual format).

In the end, I really am at a loss of what to do. I could stay at my current radio station, which has been in business for 30 years). Or take a huge leap and take a chance on a radio station brand new to the area. It may just be a internship, however, I would like to burrow father into the radio market (this may be to opportunity).

The only Competition is a New country radio station broadcasting with little power, and clueless on air talent who don't understand country music (all of the on air employees are fold overs from another failed station).

What are your thoughts?

my work mates got in a fight and i don't kno if i should get involved or not... advice?

so i have these two work mates, let's call them john and jan... so for a while they have been competing for a promotion so they tend to butt heads quite often... but today they took it too far... jan refused to tell john about a meeting they had and he was late so she made him look bad, so after the meeting they were in the lunch/cafe kitchen area and were having a heated argument, it soon got dirty as harsh comments began to fly, (all this time i was just outside the door, i only found out about the meeting thing after this happened, i heard the noise in the room and went to see what was going on) then john made a really dirty comment and jan slapped him in the face... at that point i was gonna back away cause it is not my business, but before i could get out of there john said something else and jan tried to smack him again, he caught her hand and she retaliated by kneeing him where it hurts then stormed out the room... she obviously saw me i tried to make it seem like i had just got there but when she left i went to john and asked him if he was ok and what was going on... he explained then asked if i would back him in court to sue her for assault... i told him i don't know and i am hesitant to help out, cause i kno they had an ongoing feud... but on the other hand if it was the other way around i kno i'd be furious with him... so i dunno what to do... what would u do?

However, there's one thing I've seen in common about many major cities located along coastlines, major rivers, or large lakes. A good percentage of them have their central business districts along the waterfronts. Examples would be New York, Boston, Miami, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, St. Louis Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco, San Diego, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Rio de Janeiro. The only city I can think of off the top of my head near a major body of water whose downtown area isn't near the beach or waterfront is Los Angeles. Do most cities near large bodies of water have their skylines located along the waterfront?

I am getting so fed up with my son's terrible behaviour, What can I do?

I have just about had it with my (nearly) 18 mo. old son's naughty behaviour. I realize toddlers are all naturally "naughty" but I cannot take how naughty my child is. Honestly I feel as if he is doing it all to drive me nuts! He litterally runs around tearing things off shelves and he never I mean NEVER listens. I have been reading about Integrated Amrita Meditation and it seems like a form of meditation that may better fit my lifestyle. It was created by the Guru Amma. However I haven't been able to find anywhere that will show me instruction on it. I did see that you could learn it for free from one of her followers however it seems more like something you would do with a business retreat or something. I just wanted to learn it on my own. Does anybody know where classes are held (I live in the Philadelphia/Reading area of Pennsylvania) or if there is some instructional video I could get. hi there... I'm mohit.. I'm having a wipro PC wid configuration:

1 gb kingston ddr2 RAM

foxconn motherboard

onboard intel 945 series grafic card

Inbuilt speakers

i'm a frequent user and my pc almost run 6 to 7 hrs daily in the beginning.. At first it performs well. But from last couple of months, my pc automatically turn off as if sombody had pulled out the main plug.. No ''ending programs'' pop up screen, no shut down screen, simply automatic switchhing off... I do not have an UPS installed for my pc as there are very few power cut in our area. i directly plug in to the mains. At first, i thougt, it might be a dusting problem, and i hav an engineering degree in computer hardwares, so i open up my pc's cpu, and cleaned up every single particle of dust. I open up the heat sink and its fan, cleaned both of them, cleaned the processor's back, remaining motherboard, and then put all things back together... After that cleaning, it stopped switching off.. So i took no serious action, but again after few days,the same problem occurs. I surf the net about the same and then i'v realised that i had mistakenly wiped out the heat sink compound or paste or thermal greese, whatever you call it. So i purchased that and apply a coat over the processor, and reassembled cpu. But then also, it started and just after 10 to 12 minutes, it turned off. As i was out of money, i leave the matter for some time and almost forgot the problem. now few weeks ago, i've to prepare my project report and thus i've to turn on my pc. Surprisingly & somehow, it remained turned on for approx 7 and a half hours and then suddenly it turned off. I realized that i'vnt taken care of of that old problem. So i took my pc to the service centre and there, they told me that its because of thermal heating and they have taken care of it.i took my pc from service center on monday morning and that day it worked fine. on tuesday evening, i turned it on as i'v to enjoy some music, and again after 10 mins, it turned off automatically. I contacted the service center and now they are assuming that SMPS may be the root of it.. is it can be?? I'm doubting cause smps looks fine and its fan is also working fine, i mean it doesn't stucks, doesn't make annoyng noise and all that sort of things.my family business totally depends upon it and i'm totally frustrated now. please suggest me how to rectiffy this problem. I'm thinking of getting into the jet ski business?

For a while I was thinking of getting into the jet ski business. My plan (in a nutshell) was to open a little beach stand and rent out jet skis to people on the beach, something like $30 for 30 minutes. Does anyone have any advice for starting up a business like this? Any ideas? It would be located on an island in a popular resort area.

Does this sound like a snakebite or bat bite?

About 3 weeks ago i was at a local school field/play area with my hubby and child. it was around sundown, when i had to pee very urgently. my family was the only people around, and there were no bathrooms available. Not wanting to prematurely end the fun our toddler was having, my husband suggested I head down a little trail off the field and relieve myself. I said no. But after a few minutes my bladder over rode that decision. I walked down this trail and the woods were so thick that it was very dark and shady. I went a little ways down the trail, which was very dark and cavelike. I decided to head back a little bit closer and did my business. Im not sure if it was directly before or after, but I felt something brush against or lightly tap the back of my leg. It startled me so that I jumped. I thought something was behind me. I turned and looked, and didnt see anything, but then I really didnt know what I was looking for and It was pretty dark . I just hurried up and got back on the field. we stayed another 15 minutes and went home. When I got home my leg started itching and was a little sore, I looked and saw 2 puncture marks on my calf, about a centimeter apart. they were bleeding alot, and tingly/itchy. I felt a little weird for a few minutes, but nothing major. I wondered to myself it it could've been a snake bite. If it was it was obviously a non venomous one. But it was only yesterday I realized it could've been a bat. Rabies is increasingly common in my area. Does this sound like a non-venomous snake bite, a bite from a possibly rabid bat, or something else? Should I be worried ( I already am)?

How do we win against animal cruelty accusations?

Hey, it's Estelle.
I'm a 15 year old girl, whose entire family is an avid animal lover,

I'm currently taking care of:
cats (4 of which are kittens),large tanks of salt water and tropical fish (around 10 fish in each), dogs (3 of which are puppies), ferrets, dry land turtle (planning on getting another one), male hamsters, female white rabbits, hermit crabs, male guinea pigs, cockatiels and budgies, female mice.

My younger brother is taking care of:
Tarantulas, Giant burrowing cockroaches, stick insects.

My older brother is taking care of:
Baby tigers (required a license here and planning on giving her to a local zoo), corn snake.

Mom and Dad are taking care of:
Cows, goat, sheep, horses, pigs (2 of which are piglets) chickens (hen and rooster) ducks.
And recently we’ve been nursing 4 abandoned cats and 1 injured dog we found on the streets.

We have plenty of space for all of the animal who require large areas to run around in, enough tunnels for the rodent families, enough grazing field for the farm animals. Basically we don’t have any shortage for the animals. Each of us take many hours cleaning for the animals, feeding the animals, playing with the animals and making sure they’re happy and healthy and met with every requirement needed to raise them.
We don’t grow the animals so that we can eat them (referring to the farm animals) although we do get some plain eggs from Flora (the hen), milk from Sunny (the cow) and Jane (the goat).
However, a family friend who had come over to our house had called RSPCA because they thought we were breeding the animals to sell them and thought that we weren’t taking care of them properly. Parents told me not to get into ‘adult business’ so I haven’t, yet.
I was just wondering, how are we supposed to rebuke against this accusation? We don’t exactly video ourselves taking care of them and everything =__=.

The family friend had called on the 2. September and the investigation had been going up until now. It took awhile because we had quite a lot of animals. Yes, the investigator came to our house and he brought a vet and specialist as well.

As for Tyson (older brother) and his baby tigers, it wasn’t that he didn’t want them. He’s been raising Lucy since she was 3 weeks old (now 8 months old) and Chichi since she was 2 weeks old (now 10 months old), but he wanted to give them to the local zoo because he thought they’d be in better hands. After consulting with the zoo, he decided to keep the two.

I’m proud to say that the investigator, vet and specialist were surprised at how well our animals were kept :D.

What do you think was accomplished today with Israel & Palestine at the WH?

My Opinion:
There has never, ever been a nation for these people (Palestinians) except the countries they were kicked out of. Now, they become important to these other nations because of their hatred for Israel and the idea of eliminating all Jews.
They had their chance to become an important part of the Jewish economy and integrate with equal rights as every one else in Israel has. The Gaza strip was a flourishing tourist area with excellent markets and a good hospital with many Palestinians have good businesses there.
Then they let the terrorists in to use their areas as launching pads to assault innocent Jews While hiding behind their own women and children and using hospitals for launch pads for rockets.
They messed up and crapped in their own nest thinking they would get what the Jews had built when the Jews were eliminated and it ain't going to work that way.

Question #20:

Huge green puss filled lumps?

Over the past month and half I've gotten several of these huge nasty zit like things. They are extremely painful to the point of tears. After many days of it swelling and throbbing, they burst. Sometimes to the point of squirting across the room. It's white, yellow, and more often nasty green. I currently have four. Two popped today. The other two are in areas I cannot personally see. One is on my left butt cheek, the other is on my lady business where my panties hit it. This is by far the most painful. I can't sit, walk, stand, sleep, workout or anything. I can't stand this pain much longer, I'm a college student and walk all over campus everyday. Someone please help? Anything helps.

P.S. I've seen a doctor, he gave me antibiotics over a month ago. I've tried pain reliever, allergy meds, and hot baths. Nothing has helps.
