University of Technology Sydney This panel presentation featured keynote speakers David Murray AO, Chair Future Fund Board of Guardians and Giam Swiegers, CEO Deloitte. Joining them were leading academics Associate Professor Julia Connell, Associate Dean Postgraduate Programs and Director of Graduate School of Business, and Professor John Bessant, Imperial College London and University of Exeter. The panel was moderated by Professor Green. With the experience of the global economic crisis, it is timely to examine the current state of Australian management practice and consider whether business systems allow our best people to fulfil their own potential as well as that of their organisations. This panel presentation challenged and developed current thinking on how Australian corporate culture can both adjust to and shape changing markets, technologies and organisations.
